1.This Return and Refund policy shall only be applicable for home delivery shopping via ocarepharmacy online only.
2.We promised to do our best to correctly fulfill our customer request. Should there be any discrepancy of product delivered, kindly contact our customer service number 01120938029.
3. We will use reputable courier services like Pos Laju, JNT , Abx , Gdex for us full fill our ordering. For Sarawak Sabah customer you should be able receive product within 5 days . However for West Malaysia customer ,due to unpredictable flight pattern you should receive your items within 2 weeks time .
4. We do allow Return For Replace or Exchange product within 1 week of receiving the products. Returned or exchanged allowed with product same or lower value. If exchange product value less than the returned product value, there will be no refund for the difference of price.
5. However Return of fund can be arranged under the following reasons:
- Wrong product which is different from the order is delivered and customer do not opt for exchange of equal value products.
- Damaged and expired product is delivered and customer do not opt for exchange of equal value products.
- Product not send out after 5 days of purchase confirmation.
- Product was expired or 3 months near expiry upon receive.
- Product not accompany with our company official receipt.
6. Non refundable condition
- Product not received in stipulated date because of courier company delay or mishandling.
- Product damaged or broken because of mishandling of courier company (with proof of good and secure packaging photo)
7.The customer is required to send back the affected product(s) to us via a reliable courier service company to following address:

6. The return of a Product by a customer does not automatically warrant for a refund or exchanged. We will inspect the returned Products upon receipt of the same. If the conditions in item No4 Return and Refund Policy have been fulfilled, refund will be made to the customer and we will reimburse the customer of its courier charge for returning of the products to us provided always that the courier payment slip is furnished to us upon seeking refund.
Since we located in Sarawak so estimated delivery time to West Malaysia is 7 days provided no unforeseen incident happen . However for customer from Sarawak the estimated delivery time is 3 days.
